John Donovan and Tricia Serres
We're a couple of physical therapists who are passionate about all-things running! We are former collegiate runners who are still pursuing our own personal athletic goals and dreams while chasing our two energetic boys! As parents, we believe it is important to exemplify a lifestyle of movement, create positive healthy habits, and show that caring deeply and commitment to a goal is meaningful. As seasoned competitive runners, we love the structure of training and the pursuit of a challenge! Our many experiences throughout our athletic journeys have shaped our coaching principles while our love for the sport and community continues to fuel our growth.
We value hard work and dedication, consistency over perfection, and showing up while also listening to our bodies and training smart. Join us at Big Rock Running to share these values through the next phase of your training and beyond!


Coaching Services
Meet your individualized fitness goals or train for a specific race! We can't wait to work with you to create a tailored training plan to help you chase your goals! Build endurance, strength, and speed while staying healthy and happy under our expert-level guidance! We have a few different coaching options available to you depending on your preferences.

Individualized Training Plan
This is our base option where we design your customized, progressive training plan.
This Includes:

Initial set-up meeting/call

Individualized set training plan based on your goals

General strength and mobility routines for injury prevention

$20/week for the length of the plan

Expert-level Add-ons
Upgrade to unlimited communication and plan modifications (+$10/week):

Open communication via text, email or phone

Weekly plan modifications or adjustments as needed
Upgrade to periodized strength training (+$10/week):

Big Rock Running
Initially launched in 2020, Big Rock Running's coaching services are returning soon! Coaches John and Tricia are excited to help you take your running to the next level.
Whether you new to running or a race-hardened vet, train for 1 hour or 20 hours each week, and aspire to run a 5k or an ultramarathon, we are ready to join your team!
